White Christmas in AL

We were blessed this Christmas by being able to travel to Alabama to see the family. We had a white Christmas, Mom was feeling much better and was able to enjoy all the grandkids, Scott got engaged. We couldn't have asked for a better Christmas.
P.S. Oh, and I dominated in on the little basketball hoop (like the one at Dave and Busters) :)

The family went out tonight to look at Christmas lights (and also for me to take some pics of our lights). The kids really enjoyed it until we were about 45 minutes into it. Wolfie really wanted to go home and on the way, he said, "I tell you something, Daddy. Go out to take pictures of Christmas light never ever again."
It was funny at the time, and Juliette really enjoyed yelling, "More Christmas lights!!" at each house.

I can't believe it has been a month almost since my last post. I've been installing a whole lot of Christmas lights since then. We did 60 or so which is about 15 more then last year. Now, we are in the occasional maintenance issue season. We bought a bad batch of lights a couple years ago and are still replacing those bad bulbs, so that crops up from time to time.

It's funny how when I ask Wolfie how his day went after I get home each day, his best description is that 'they didn't have any toys'. Wherever he went that day, the park, a church, a friends house, 'there were no toys to play with'. I'm not sure his definition of toys is......

The kids had a great time trick or treating last night. It was a blast for all of us. Wolfie is obsessing over his candy and is constantly worried about his loot. Kind of like a dragon and his treasure. He is worried that Jules will steal from his bucket and insists on keeping it up high when she is around.
He has no idea, though, that she is not the threat to his candy that Mom and Dad. And from that threat, there is no escape. Hahahaha.

I had a blast going to AL last weekend. I brought Juliette with me as we crowded onto a packed airplane each way. She was great though, a real trooper. We had a very good visit with Mom and the family, wouldn't trade it for anything. Love you, Mom and see you again soon.

We had a good weekend since we were able to go outside and play in the sandbox and go to the park. We had a good time. I had no idea there was a chance for rain, so I left a bunch of stuff outside overnight after playing. It just poured and poured. Oh well.

Go Rangers. Go Braves. Oh, and Go Hogs. Just showing a little team spirit. Painting is always a hit w/ the kids. Jules can't decide whether to paint, wear it, or eat it. She usually settles for all three.

Enjoying the fall weather. We got to play in the back yard with the temps in the low 70's. Just great. Wish I had more, hope you enjoy the pics.

Fall is Here!!!

The weather the next couple days will be in the mid-70's. Can't wait. I'm (Greg) going to the Ranger's game on Monday night. Should be great weather, can't wait. Jules hit Wolfie this morning w/ a toy and he didn't hit back, which is nice. He said, "I only hit toys!" Those poor toys.

So, Wolfie apparently fell the other day and bruised his arm. Cathy was checking it out when she saw it. She then asked, 'do you have any more bruises?' "Yes," he said, "on my legs because you spank me all day long."
I hope this isn't held against Cathy one day. By the way, there were no bruises on his legs, in case you were curious.

Sorry if you have been checking this blog more often then I have been posting. Thank you for checking in from time to time. I do appreciate it. Here are a few pics that I like and hopefully you will also. Sebastian has some tear duct issues that are causing his eyes to cake up. Other then that, things are very good.

Everything is well. Sebastian is growing like crazy, getting really long. It's nice that the weather has finally cooled off enough to play outside. Jules is able to do anything and everything that Wolfie will do, including large slides and most big play grounds.

Just want to write as little as I can on this post and show as many pics as I can. Sandra's wedding went very well. Wolfie was great and Sebastian slept all the way through the reception (from 5 to 11). No joke.
